neKey IT Service Notifications
Program Description
NE KEY.COM LLC (“neKey”) provides SMS notifications to authorized contacts at client organizations as part of our managed IT services. These messages include scheduled maintenance alerts, service outage notifications, support ticket status updates, resolution confirmations, and other IT service-related communications.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number as part of your organization’s managed IT services agreement with neKey, or by texting START to (888) 869-1331, you consent to receive IT service notification text messages from neKey. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may receive a confirmation message upon enrollment.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on IT service events affecting your organization’s systems. You may receive multiple messages during active service incidents and fewer during periods of normal operations.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from neKey at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text STOP to (888) 869-1331. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from neKey unless you opt back in. Please note that opting out of SMS notifications does not affect other communication channels (email, phone) related to your managed IT services.
