Name and organizational affiliation (as provided by your organization’s authorized representative)

How We Use SMS Information

We use the information collected through our SMS program solely to:

Send IT service notifications, including scheduled maintenance alerts, service outage updates, support ticket status messages, and resolution confirmations

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from neKey.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from neKey. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not affect other forms of communication related to your managed IT services (email, phone, client portal).

Sharing of SMS Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS messaging data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your SMS information may be shared only with service providers who assist us in delivering text messages (such as our messaging platform provider), and these providers are contractually obligated to use your information solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. neKey is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving text messages.
