Helpdesk Engineer

The Position:
As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth running of their IT systems. The essential requirements for this job include:
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including Windows Desktops and Servers, and sometimes Mac/iOS
- Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking concepts

Senior Engineer
